Gift Vouchers cannot be extended, are non-refundable and non-transferable. All Gift Vouchers must be used in full. No change or voucher for unused differences can be issued. When making a reservation/booking the booking must be made in advance & the voucher number must be quoted. The gift voucher must be presented on arrival. Any reservation made using this certificate will be subject to our normal booking policy. Certificates will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no-show. Where purchased online, the purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher number is not disclosed to others. All bookings are subject to availability. Gift Vouchers are valid from the date of purchase until the expiry date. When using this gift voucher, you must call and make a reservation quoting the voucher number.
